Here at Truth ‘n’ Hair, we want to shake off the stigma surrounding mental health by helping men like you understand that it’s okay to bring down your barriers and share your problems. It’s okay not to be okay, and it’s better to be vulnerable for a moment than to bottle it up for a lifetime.

Mental Health Awareness & First Aid - Level 2 Award

The purpose of this qualification is to provide learners with an understanding and awareness of mental health, common mental health disorders and issues, help reduce stigma and discrimination and encourage people to talk about mental health.
